Why Factory Glock Slides
Precision-Machined. Factory-Spec Fitment.
1) OEM-Grade Material Standards
Every Glock slide we produce starts as certified 17-4 stainless or carbon steel bar stock — the same material specification used in factory Glock production. Our CNC machining process holds tolerances within ±0.001″, ensuring consistent, reliable function in every slide we ship.
2) Optic-Ready Compatibility
Our optic-ready Glock slides are pre-cut for direct-mount compatibility with industry-standard footprints including the Trijicon RMR/SRO, Holosun 507C, Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, and Shield RMS. Each cut is machined on the same run as the slide body — not retrofitted — which means no rocking, no slop, and consistent zero retention across thousands of rounds.
3) Gen 5 MOS Architecture
Our Glock 26 Gen 5 MOS and Glock 32 Gen 5 MOS slides incorporate the full Gen 5 feature set: precision optic cut, ambidextrous slide stop notch, front serrations, and refined geometry throughout. Whether you’re building a duty-ready pistol or a competition platform, Gen 5 MOS architecture delivers the modular versatility serious shooters demand.
4) Complete Slide Assemblies vs Stripped Slides
Not sure which to choose? Stripped slides give you full control over internal component selection. Our complete slide assemblies come pre-fitted with a match-grade barrel, dual-spring recoil system, and factory-grade internals — ready to drop onto your frame and go to the range the same day.
Drop-In Installation
No gunsmithing required. Every slide is fit-tested before leaving our facility.
90-Day Warranty
Every slide backed by our fitment and function warranty — no questions asked.
Performance Tested
Function-fired at 500 rounds minimum before final inspection and shipment.

Glock Slide FAQs
Everything you need to know about our Glock slides, fitment, compatibility, and ordering.
What is the difference between OEM Glock slides and aftermarket slides?
OEM Glock slides are manufactured to Glock’s original factory specifications using the same tolerances, materials, and dimensional standards as pistols coming off the Glock production line. Our OEM-spec slides meet or exceed these standards using certified bar-stock steel and precision CNC machining, ensuring a reliable drop-in fit without modification. Aftermarket slides may deviate from spec for custom features or cost reduction — always verify tolerances before purchasing from any source.
Are your optic-ready slides compatible with my red dot sight?
Our optic-ready Glock slides come pre-cut for the most popular red dot footprints including the Trijicon RMR/SRO, Holosun 507C/507K, Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, and Shield RMS/RMSc. Each product listing specifies the exact optic footprint. If you’re unsure about compatibility with a specific optic, contact our support team before ordering and we’ll confirm fitment.
What is the difference between a stripped slide and a complete slide assembly?
A stripped slide is the slide body only, without internal components. You’ll need to source and install your own barrel, recoil spring assembly, and internal parts. A complete slide assembly comes pre-fitted with a barrel, dual-spring or single-spring recoil system (depending on generation), and all internal components — ready to install directly onto a compatible Glock frame. Complete assemblies are ideal for new builds or upgrades where you want everything ready out of the box
What is the Glock Gen 5 MOS system and is it worth upgrading to?
MOS stands for Modular Optic System — Glock’s Gen 5 platform for factory-integrated red dot mounting. Gen 5 MOS slides feature a standardized optic cut that accepts multiple adapter plates, front serrations for better racking control, a refined crown and barrel geometry, and an ambidextrous slide stop notch. For anyone running a red dot, Gen 5 MOS architecture offers superior mounting rigidity over older adapter systems and cleaner sighting geometry, making it worth the investment for duty or competition use.
Will a Glock 32 slide fit on a Glock 23 frame?
The Glock 32 is a .357 SIG compact pistol that shares the same frame size as the Glock 23 (.40 S&W). The slide dimensions are identical, which means a Glock 32 slide will fit on a Glock 23 frame of the same generation. However, you must use the correct barrel and recoil spring for the chambering you intend to run. Always verify generation compatibility when mixing components, as Gen 4 and Gen 5 frames and slides are not interchangeable.
Do I need a gunsmith to install a new Glock slide?
No. Our Glock slides are designed for drop-in installation without any fitting, filing, or gunsmithing. If you’re installing a complete slide assembly, simply disassemble your current slide, swap the assemblies, and verify function with snap caps before live firing. For stripped slides, basic armorer skills are sufficient to install internal components. Our technical support team can walk you through the process if you have questions.
How do I verify my Glock slide is compatible with my specific generation?
Your Glock’s generation is identified by the number of finger grooves on the grip (Gen 3 has them, Gen 4 has them plus backstraps, Gen 5 has no finger grooves). You can also reference the serial number prefix against Glock’s production records. Each of our slide listings clearly states the compatible Glock model and generation. When in doubt, include your pistol’s full model designation and serial prefix when contacting our support team for a fitment confirmation.
